Cooperation with FranceFrance traditionally is one of the major business partners of Russia. The French investments, technologies, ability to work in competitive economy together with Russian labour and natural resources, scientific and industrial potential, can be an incitement for more intensive development of economy of both countries.Cooperation between the Tyumen region and the French Republic left on qualitatively new level. Across the Tyumen region goods turnover for 2007 For 12 months 2007 volumes of import have grown from France and have made 7 % to volume of a turn of import on a zone of activity of the Tyumen customs. The most significant deliveries is a complex pig-breeding equipment from France for the sum of 3.9 million dollars, and also other industrial equipment for the sum of 2.5 million dollars. The following position in import structure including from France, occupy the group goods «live animals». Import of the given goods has made in the given period of 31.33 million dollars. In comparison with the similar period of 2006 import of the given goods has grown on 59 %. Volume of foreign trade with France for 2007 is 15 thousand dollars export, 16,8 million dollars import/ For today one of the most successful the investment project is realised by service company Shlyumberzhe. Open Company «Technological company Shlyumberzhe» the state support for realisation of the investment project «The organization of manufacture of the equipment and accessories for oil extracting, development of a scientifically-methodical, educational and technological infrastructure of an oil-extracting complex in the Tyumen region» is given. Now Open Company «Technological company Shlyumberzhe» realises following directions under the project. 1) Factory on manufacture of centrifugal pumps. Now the factory functions in a normal mode. Work on increase in volumes of output and sales is conducted. 2) Factory on manufacture of accessories for perforator equipment. At the moment the company has started high-grade production. 3) Factory on manufacture of the equipment for an intensification of work of chinks. By the present moment the basic process of building there are finished and begun works on internal furnish and the equipment of industrial premises. Despite it, works on equipment manufacture are conducted with attraction of subcontract organisations and with use of their floor spaces. 4) the Siberian Educational Center. On June, 15th, 2004 after the Agreement of the Administration of the Tyumen region – Shlyumberzhe Russia has been signed the Contract on cooperation with the Tyumen State university about cooperation, strengthening and development of the international integration processes in scientific, technical and educational spheres. The contract assumes: - Establishment of annual personal grants «Shlyumberzhe» for students of older years (in 1250 dollars everyone). In 2004 5 grants, in 2005 - already 10 grants have been given out students of chemical, physical and mathematical faculties. In 2006 the quantity of grants is planned to increase to 15. - «The Laboratory of client support for works in area borehole chemistry»is installed and works. - The organisation of computer classes and their equipment by the software of Shlyumberzhe – in work. - Acceptance for work in the company of graduates of the Tyumen state university. In the presents time in divisions of Shlyumberzhe in Tyumen work more than 20 graduates of the Tyumen state university, or about 10 % of all employees of Shlyumberzhe in Tyumen (200 persons). The relations of the company Shlyumberzhe are established with the Tyumen oil and gas university. Acceptance for work of graduates of university is planned and attraction of its students as interns. Now in various divisions of the company in Tyumen work about 30 graduates of the Tyumen oil and gas university, or about 15 % of all employees of the company in Tyumen. Also a considerable result of cooperation at regional level is the prisoner in September, 2001 the contract between regional supply-marketing co-operative society «Meat cattle breeding» and firm «Sosyete Nuvel Bernar» on delivery to the South of area of a breeding horned cattle of meat breeds. It was preceded by a number of preliminary meetings at level of heads of area and region of Copper the Pyrenees, France. For 2,5 years in the Tyumen region about 1500 beasts of breeds of the Limuzin, Obrak, Sharole, Salers is delivered. On the basis of the French animals in the south of area the highly productive meat herd is created: the issue more than 500 head of cattle is already received, within 5 years is planned to finish a livestock of meat cattle at the expense of thoroughbred cultivation and crossing with other breeds to 30-35 thousand head of cattle. Second-large riteyler of the world of Karefur plans hypermarket building in Tyumen, works on ground area selection are already conducted. The bank group «Sos`ete Zheneral» has made the decision on branch opening in Tyumen which office will begin work shortly. Within the limits of the intergovernmental Russian-French agreement at the Tyumen state university more than 10 years worked the French teachers. Together with University of Grenoble the linguistic project on training is carried out, within the limits of program ECORYS-NEI the linguistic centre is created. Now the Tyumen state university is one of foreign partners of University of Strasbourg in the project «International integration of the Tyumen region». By the contract of cooperation between Tyumen state university and University of Rennes the academic student's exchange is carried out. At Regional institute of the international cooperation of the Tyumen state university for inhabitants of Tyumen and the Tyumen region the information point of Agency Edyufrans which members are high schools of France is opened. In 1995, contacts of the Tyumen state oil and gas university to the French institute of oil have been come about co-education of experts with higher education, to an exchange of scientifically-methodical workings out in mechanical engineering, power, to the equipment for oil and gas complex. |
NewsOn Friday November 15, 2011 a cooperation agreement between the Tyumen region Government and Association of light industry enterprises was signed by the Deputy Governor Vladimir Mazur and the Association President Dmitry Petrovsky, reported the Department on investment policy and state support of entrepreneurship.
