Cooperation with the NetherlandsOn October, 17-20th, 2006 visit of official delegation of Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Tyumen region led by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kingdom of the Netherlands Jan-Paul Dirkse has taken place. The adviser of embassy of Kingdom of the Netherlands concerning agriculture Mr. Marinus Overheul and the general director of the company «Bles Dairies Livestock» Mr. Henk Blez entered into delegation. The delegation carried on negotiations with representatives of agriculture of our region.Priority sphere of cooperation of the Tyumen region and Holland is the agriculture. In 2006 to the Tyumen region from Holland there has arrived the first consignment of thoroughbred heifers. 10 thousand overseas heifers have arrived on farms of 10 municipal areas. On the farm of Open Company «Zapsibhleb-Iset» calculated on 1200 head of cattle, contain more than 500 head of the Dutch breeds. About 70 percent of investments into the Zavodoukovsky hothouse economy of Joint-Stock Company «Ritza» is based in 1993, has enclosed the government of the Netherlands. Besides, every year the economy gets the Dutch seeds and in general watches novelties of «trendsetter of the vegetable market». Today in a hothouse grow up salad, cucumbers, and tomatoes. All seeds and technology used in vegetable growing in firm «KRandММ» (Uporovo) from Holland. According to G.Ryazanov, the general director of Open Company «KRandММ», both selection and quality of the Dutch seeds have no competitors. The best achievements of foreign manufacturers are got and take root in a firm only. Today an onion, carrots, a beet, cucumbers is grown up on 500 hectares comes from the Netherlands. In plans of the further development of cooperation with Holland there is a creation on the basis of firm «KRandММ» of the agricultural educational centre. On February, 14th 2007г. between the Government of the Tyumen region and Open Company «Provimi» has been signed the agreement about intentions in which frameworks company «Provimi» intends to construct factory and to start manufacture by capacity of 10 thousand tons of premixes. Open Company «Provimi» carries out manufacture and sale of mixed fodders, albuminous-vitamin mineral additives, premixes, whole milk substitutes, special medical forages for all kinds of agricultural animals, a bird, fishes, fur animals, and also for dogs and cats. The company also considers possibility of creation of the educational centre on the basis of one of educational institutions. The volume of investments will make 350 million rbl. In February, 2008 from Holland to Tyumen 34500 daily chickens have been delivered to the integrated poultry farm «The Tyumen broiler». As to oil and gas branch it is possible to note opening in 2005 of the Tyumen office of the company «Salym Petroleum Services» (Salym Petroleum Development N.V. Shell Salym Development B.V.). At Technopark of the Tyumen region the Tyumen representation «BrunelCr International NV», rendering personnel services to the companies of oil and gas sector has opened. Cooperation of the Tyumen region and Holland is conducted in sphere of rendering of consulting services to the enterprises of the Tyumen region. NMCP – the Netherlands program of cooperation in the field of management. NMCP – the program financed by the Ministry of Economics of the Netherlands, exists already more than 20 years in variety of the countries. The retired skilled managers and the experts have worked in various spheres of economy and a public life are rendering various consulting services: technical questions, the help in management spheres, the order the finance, the manufacture organisation, work with shots etc. for clients of the organization. In June, 2005 visit of the representative of Dutch consulting firm NMCP of mister Lassera to Tyumen on the factory «Nefteprommash» for the purpose of rendering of consulting services has taken place. According to program NMCP, consulting services appeared as well to other enterprises. In region some enterprises with participation of the capital from Holland operate. |
NewsOn Friday November 15, 2011 a cooperation agreement between the Tyumen region Government and Association of light industry enterprises was signed by the Deputy Governor Vladimir Mazur and the Association President Dmitry Petrovsky, reported the Department on investment policy and state support of entrepreneurship.
