Tyumen Oblast successfully realizes the following investment projects that receive state support in various forms.
- OAO TNC-BP – development of complex reserves of Tyumen Oblast, stocks of hydrocarbons in Uvat Rayon and introduction of new technologies. The volume of investment is $11,4b.
- ZAO Antipino NPZ – construction of the 2nd , 3d and 4th sites for oil-refineries with processing capacity of up to 7m tonnes of oil per year; high-octane gasoline manufacture; increasing the wuality of oil refining to 94%; quality improvement of manufactured petroleum products to the level of Euro-5. The volume of investment is $4b.
- OOO Tobolsk-Polymer (Sibur-Holding) – construction of the plant producing polypropylene with capacity of 500 thousand tonnes per year. The volume of investment is $1,8b. Manufacture of high-tight gomopolymer will allow to make furniture, parts for automobiles, thin wrapping, fibres for carpeting manufacture and medical products, pipes, containers for products. On putting into operation, the plant will be the largest in Russia regarding the output of the above products.
- OOO UGMK-Stal – construction of a metallurgical plant to produce profiled iron with capacity of 550 thousand tonnes per year. The volume of investment is $0,73b.
- OOO Technological Company Schlumberger – manufacture of equipment and spares for the oil industry, development of R&D, educational and technological infrastructure of the complex in Tyumen Oblast. The volume of investment is $100m.
- OOO TyumenStalMost – construction of a plant to produce metal parts for bridges. The volume of investment is $80m.
- OOO StekloTekh – construction of a plant to produce glass-ware. The volume of investment is 58m.
- ZAO Factory of Construction Materials – construction of a plant to produce building materials. The volume of investment is $85,7m.
- OOO Bentec Drilling and Oilfield Systems – construction of a plant to produce drilling equipment. The volume of investment is $24,3m.
