Industrial Sites

Tyumen Oblast has industrial sites with engineering infrastructure as well as municipal and private ground areas (Greenfield). The current list of industrial sites can be seen at http://www.tyumen-region.ru in section Infrastructural Sites.

To obtain a ground area for construction with preliminary approval of the location of the site, an applicant (investor) should submit an application to Department of Property Relations of Tyumen Oblast including the following documents:

a sealed copy of state registration certificate of the juridical person
an extract from the Unified State Registry of Juridical Persons containing information about the applicant (issued not earlier than 10 days before the date of filling in the application to obtain a ground area)
a copy of the certificate of registration of the juridical person by the tax authority at place of residence in the Russian Federation
a sealed copy of the order stating the supervisor of the juridical person
sealed copies of constituent documents of the juridical person
a copy of passport and the original of the power of attorney of the representative of the juridical person filled in in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation
essential elements of the juridical person printed on the official form
the agreement stipulating development of the industrial site

Cooperation agreement between the Tyumen region Government and Association of light industry enterprises

On Friday November 15, 2011 a cooperation agreement between the Tyumen region Government and Association of light industry enterprises was signed by the Deputy Governor Vladimir Mazur and the Association President Dmitry Petrovsky, reported the Department on investment policy and state support of entrepreneurship.
