Manufacture of souvenirs stipulates production of clay figurines, plates, medals, brass badges, etc. These products are intended for tourists visiting Tyumen Oblast.

According to the production technology each figurine is going to be exclusive and hand-made; neither punching or molding is going to be applied. The main material is clay. First comes the process of form modelling, then – drying, turning, polishing, baking in the electric kiln. The required area of industrial premises is around 100 square metres; the approximate volume of investment makes 1 million roubles (without expenses for the premises).

Zavodoukovsky City Okrug

Kiln Bricks Manufacture

The output is around 300 thousand pieces a year. Bricks can be used to build fireplaces and stoves in houses, baths, saunas. In case of a stable demand, manufacture of building bricks is also feasible. Approximate volume of investment is 3 million roubles (without the cost of the site).

The prospect site is the ground area in the village of Novaya Zaimka (neighbouring a mixed fodder plant).

The ground area in Novaya Zaimka is an agricultural field cultivated by OOO Soglasiye. Its area is about 2 hectares, on one side it borders with asphalt highway, on the other – with the railway. To the right of the site there is a mixed fodder plant, to the left – a nonfunctioning tank farm.

Not far from it there is a power line; the gas pipeline is one kilometre from it.

Currying Manufacture

Zavodoukovsky City Okrug has all resources for breeding kettle – pastures, forage facilities. In Zavodoukovsk there are some slaughterhouses (the largest is Puragrouk). Skins are salted and sold beyond the Oblast.

The project aim is to set up a leather manufacture (by output capacity of up to 500 cow skins a day). Approximate volume of investment is 1.5 million roubles.

The City of Ishim

The project aim is to set up canned vegetables manufacture.

The project is seriously supported by administration of Ishim. The business needs thorough development.

The canned vegetables workshop is intended for preservation of vegetables and fruit, whole or cut, mashed, in the form of soups, compotes and marmalades by output capacity of 1,400 cans a day. To start the manufacture it is required to have production premises of not less than 300 square metres. The variety of ready-made goods could be extended to jams, vegetable caviar, and fried vegetables on condition a production line with more powerful opportunities is acquired.

The prospect consumers are residents of Ishim and its nearby areas, Tyumen Oblast (in the future), the wholesale and retail trade companies of Ishim and Tyumen Oblast. Location of the project site is considered to be in:

Ishim with its existing industrial premises.

Ishim on 15 hectares site in Eastern industrial zone at Ravninnaya street; supply of communications is possibile.

The office can be located in the building of Business Incubator.

The approximate volume of investment makes 5,000,000 roubles.

Household Services Centre

The range of these services is very poorly developed in Ishim. City administration is ready to render support of the project.

The approximate volume of investment is 500,000 roubles for a footwear repair workshop and 5,000,000 roubles for a dry-cleaner’s.

Construction of a Hotel

The city experiences a strong need in hotel services (there is only one hotel in bad condition).

There is a demand to have a 50 suite hotel with single and double rooms of 22 square metres area each on the average.

The prospect sites are inside the city.

The approximate volume of investment is 20,000,000 roubles.

Beer and Kvass Miniplant

Such manufacture existed earlier in the city. The raw material (barley) is in sufficient quantity in the area.

To start a workshop by capacity of 5,000 litres a day the city needs to have premises of more than 40 square metres (only for the production cycle; extra premises are required for keeping raw materials and finished goods).

The approximate volume of investment is 2,000,000 roubles.

Potato Processing Factory

In the city there is a procuring base with vegetable storehouses where it is possible to start potato processing.

The prospect products are chips, French fries, granules and mashed potatoes.

The approximate volume of investment is 8,000,000 roubles (without cost of premises).

Tobolsk

The prospect sites are the municipal property premises that are subject to lease at auctions or private premises that can be leased for a period of one year (average cost is 400 roubles per 1 square metre).

The approximate volume of investment makes 1,000,000 roubles (without expenses for the premises).

Medical Offices to Render Paid Services

Medical offices can render paid services of manual therapy, medical massage, ophthalmology.

Currently, small cities and rural settlements of Tyumen Oblast experience demand for quality specialized medical services.

To start rendering medical services it is required to obtain a license. To get it an entrepreneur should have specialized medical equipment.

Now, in Tobolsk there are 3 paid medical diagnosing centres specializing on urology, gynecology; there are also 6 dental surgery clinics.

Initial costs include expenses to acquire professional equipment, rent or purchase of premises, obtaining a license to start rendering medical services.

Rotary Formed Goods Made of Polypropylene

The project stipulates manufacture of barrels by various capacity and tanks for storage and transportation of liquids and loose materials, food stuffs, industrial goods by capacity of 90 thousand piece (barrel capacity is 220 litres).

Prospect consumers are food companies, chemical plants, petrochemical industry, gas stations, transport agencies. The basic raw material is polypropylene. The supplier of raw materials (since 2011) is OOO Tobolsk-Polymer.

Polypropylene extrusion technology is applied to manufacture goods.

Industrial premises of not less than 500 square metres are required to start the manufacture.

The prospect sites can be located in:

· in premises of Business Incubator;

· in premises of OOO Tobolsk-Polymer on the agreement with the company.

The approximate volume of investment is 33,000,000 roubles.

Manufacture Polyethylene Fired-Pins

The project stipulates manufacture of polyethylene fired-pins of various diameter and cross-section by annual capacity of about 30 million pieces. Polyethylene fired-pins are used in repair, erection works for industrial and civil purposes.

Prospect consumers are wholesale and retail trade companies, construction firms the population of Tyumen Oblast. The basic raw material is polyethylene/polypropylene; its supplier since 2011 is OOO Tobolsk-Polymer.

Polypropylene extrusion technology is applied to manufacture goods.

Industrial premises of not less than 160 square metres are required to start the manufacture.

The approximate volume of investment is 4,000,000 roubles.

Tyumen Municipal Rayon

Roadside Service

The roadside service complex can include a hotel, a service station, a tyre fitting shop, guarded parking for freight transport and automobiles, a café, etc. The volume of investment is calculated depending on the number of sites. Intensity of movement on Tyumen-Khanty-Mansiysk federal motorway makes 4,978 cars a day, on Tyumen-Ekaterinburg motorway – 4,560, on Tyumen-Kurgan motorway – 8,763, Tyumen-Omsk motorway – 5,449. Tyumen Municipal Rayon experiences demand for roadside service.

The prospect sites can be located in:

Borkovsky rural settlement with ground areas along Tyumen-Khanty-Mansiysk federal motorway: 2 hectares near Lukoil gas station that is being constructed; there is a power line, an oil well; and 2 hectares near a lake; there is a power line, connection to a gas pipeline in 50 metres distance, an opportunity to drill an oil well.

Bogandinsky rural settlement - 40-1^st kilometre of Tyumen-Omsk federal motorway: 5 and 10 hectares sites with a power line, a gas pipeline, water well, an opportunity to drill an oil well.

The village of Sozonovo along the road in a sanitary-protected zone stipulates designing of trade services.

The villages of Onokhino, Uspenka, Malinovka, Chikcha have reserve sites for designing roadside service.

Manufacture of Fertilizers in Biogas Installations

The project stipulates manufacture of high-quality fertilizers in biogas installations.

The technology can be used in private purposes and in large business. The production is distinguished by high content of all necessary components (nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, micro and macro-elements) as well as active biological stimulators. The fertilizers increase crop capacity in agriculture by 2-3 times.

Manufacture of high-quality fertilizers in biogas installations helps farmers to reduce expenses for recycling of waste products. Biogas can be processed into electrical and thermal energy if the equipment is applied properly.

The approximate volume of investment is 15.5 million roubles: R&D expenses make 3.5 million roubles; the organisation expenses and cost of equipment – 11.5 million roubles, replenishment of the floating funds – 500 thousand roubles.

The project can be realized at large cattle-breeding and poultry-farms and at ZAO APKK Roshchinsky.

Construction of a Shopping Centre in the Village of Kaskara

The project stipulates construction of a wholesale-retail trade warehouse. Currently, the ground area is being rented by a developer (near the village of Velizhani), rent payments for the ground are suspended till March, 2009, construction of the shopping centre is temporarily terminated. The volume of investment depends on its scale.

Construction of a Workshop to Produce Cellular Blocks of Autoclave Solidification

Tyumen Rayon, the Village of Vinzili

The project stipulates construction of automatic lines to produce finished sets to build houses of light-weight design of up to 250,000 square metres a year in the Village of Vinzili, Tyumen Rayon.

The required volume of investment is 211 million roubles.

Yalutorovsk

Manufacture of Pasta

The project stipulates construction of a factory to produce pasta by capacity of 1 thousand tonnes out of firm and soft grades of wheat. The prospect consumers are food companies and wholesale/retail organizations of the local market, of markets of the neighbouring rayons, institutions of social sphere, penitentiaries.

Various grades of wheat are implied to manufacture pasta. A flour-grinding workshop is possible to be set up. The required area for manufactures is more than 500 square metres.

Consumption of pasta in Tyumen Rayon per 1 person makes about 5-7 kilograms a year.

Jalutorovsk Industrial Bakery, branch of OAO Tyumen Bakery works in the city. The enterprise can produce up to 35,000 tonness of first and second grade flour a year, but its capacities are used not to the full due to lack of raw materials and demand.

Manufacture of Albuminous Bioadditives

The project stipulates manufacture of albuminous bioadditives with high content of easily acquired protein and dry feeds that allow to save up to 50% of fodder grain during processing. The approximate volume of investment is 4.3 million roubles (only the equipment).

Sapropel extraction, manufacture of bioadditives into mixed fodders, manufacture of fertilizers can be carried out under the project.

In Yalutorovsk Rayon there are some large sapropel deposits, the largest of which is Lake Old Kavdyk (10.4 million cubic metres), Lake Nepryak (3.9 thousand cubic metres) (contains CaO=22, Fe2O3=2.3, P2O2=0.28, SiO2=17,8). The total stock of sapropel in the area is 31 million cubic metres. The approximate volume of investment is 13,119,600 roubles (cost of the equipment for the complex). The enterprise can make 43,860 tonnes of production a year.

Extraction of Peat and Manufacture of Ergatoid Fertilizers

Project realization will allow to increase live weight of animals and poultry by 20-30%, to considerably improve viability of herds.

Ergatoid fertilizers are ecologically granulated peat fertilizers. Amino acids contained in fertilizers as well as the technology of formation of granules raise efficiency of use nutrients by plants by 90% in comparison with usual fertilizers. The approximate volume of investment is 2.5 million roubles (cost of the equipment). The productivity is 900 tonness during one shift of work.

In Yalutorovsk Rayon there are a few major fields of peat. Some of them are industrial: Amanad (the industrial area is 10 thousand hectares), Kanginsko-Kulakskoye (5 thousand hectares), Zagar-Saz (3.7 thousand hectares), Kavdyk.

Stary Kavdyk (4.8 thousand hectares), Zamannoye (11.8 thousand hectares).

Manufacture of Heat Insulation Panels and Peat Blocks for Construction

Heat insulation panels and blocks contain fine-dispersed peat dust. 60% of the total weight is

filling compound – wood sawdust, cutting, minced straw, cane, tiny cut branches of bushes, waste of wood cutting areas. 4% of the total weight are fire-retardant agents which secure fire safety. Binding material is peat dust applied while manufacturing blocks.
