To receive consultation it is possible preliminary having registered by phones 39-35-40 and 32–24–92, or to address on the first-come, first-served basis directly on

- Monday and Friday from 08.00 a.m. till15.30 p.m.;

- Tuesday and Thursday from 14.00 p.m. till 20.00 p.m.;

- Wednesday from 14.00 p.m. till 16.30 p.m.
